Knitted all the year

Hey y'all!

I am a knit-all-year-person. So even thought it's summer I wear knitted clothes. Partly because the summer is cold here I live in West Norway and partly because I live for knit. Today my friend told me that when she sees knitted sweaters she thinks of me and her grandmother. I don't know if I should be flattered or not when being compared to her granny, but I think I'll take it as a compliment; I have a 'thing'!

Ahh, this sweater is one of those basic-but-not-so-basic-sweaters Bik Bok are known to have. If they had not used two different colours, this sweater would be boring. The mix of black and white makes it grey, but not just grey.

I am personally a huge fan of patterns, especially aztec. It can pimp up any outfit. This sweater I would wear with basic black skinnyjeans, because if I had worn some coloured jeans or even worse, patterned jeans, that would just draw attention from this beautiful pattern, and then create mess.

These sweaters are so comfy! They are ultimate for a night in the coach with some friend or your boyfriend. Some simple leggings or actually anything underneath this oversized sweater would do.

I am so near to buying this. This oversize cosy cardigan is exactly what I'm looking for. I tried this on at the mall and there are extra fabric at the front to wrap around yourself. And it is in wine red, which is my favourite colour when it comes to clothes.

By the way, I am soon doing a summeroutfits post where I post different outfits from this summer. Stay tuned!

Peplum

Peplum is ultimate for you who want to have shapes. By wearing peplum you achieve the narrow-waist-broad-hips-look. Here are some different peplumclothings:

This peplumtop from Bik Bok with cut-out-back is pretty fine, because the balance between the basic front and the bandagelooking back, really works. Works great with some skinnyjeans, eather some basic denim ones, or some coloured ones. I would definitely wear them with coloured jeans, that would look so fresh.

This top from Bik Bok is chic with it's mix of bandeau and peplum. It gives it extra shape. Bandeautops are unfortunately hard to wear, I mean, with them always sliding down, so just be aware of not buying too big. I would wear the patterned ones with basic black skinnyjeans, but the plain ones I would wear with coloured jeans, like I would with the ones over.

This is a love-hate dress. Either you like the lace between the breasts and the peplum or you don't care for it. I like it, I think it pimps up the whole dress. This dress is great for summercocktailparties.

Oh I love the back of this dress. It's so beautiful and elegant. This is pretty alike the one over, with the mix of peplum and lace. The summercoloured ones I would definitely wear to more formal bbqs. Perfect for summer.

What you see here, is two variants of a dress; a short, teenagely one and a classy, womanly one. If the peplum hadn't been longer on the back, I think this dress would be too straight and boring. It's these little things.

Jeans

Jeans are pretty hard to choose. It's all up to how tall, short, wide or narrow you are. And how your thighs are compared to your calves. For some people, boot-cut are the right choice  and for others (like me) skinny-jeans with stretch all the way are the right choice. It's all up to your figure.
I just have to say that DR DENIM-jeans are great. They are stretchy and so comfortable. I hate it when the jeans just feel like they just do not fit and like they just are there. We all want that "OMG" feeling when putting on a pair of jeans. I got that with DR DENIMs.

DR DENIM - Kissy Denim Leggings.
Obviously, these jeans does not look as good on me as on the models, but it is not so far away. Because of the elastic fabric, these jeans are great. They are not as long at the leggings that it's a pile of fabric. No, this is perfectly made. Well, maybe not all perfectly for people with long legs (like me), because they are kind of short. But except from that, they are great. You may now think "oh, they must be so expensive". But think again, because they are as cheap as:

Pepe Jeans - Quayle Jeans
First, I just have to say that this model is rocking these bootcuts! I honestly have to say that if you don't have the legs for it, do not wear bootcuts. Either you are wow-ing in them, or it is simply dreadful. Pardon the harsh way of saying it, but girls who look dreadful in bootcuts, you have to realise it someday. Anyway, these are nice, but unfortunately not so cheap:

The Break

As you probably have noticed, I have taken a 11 months long pause from this blog.. That was necessary considering the fact that I have been so busy with school, renovating my room and more. But because of all this absence, I got the best grades I could imagine. But I have worked hard for them I have to say.

BUT NOW I AM BACK!

I will get back now I've missed you guys! But I do think it is better if I post whenever I feel like ut, so I post conducted posts inbetween instead of a halfcrappy post very often day. Do you agree?
